Mat Coward

Mat Coward is a British writer of crime fiction, science fiction, and children’s fiction novels. He also writes a gardening column for the Morning Star newspaper. He has been referred to by Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine as “one of the funniest writers in the history of crime fiction.” He lives in Somerset, England. Mat Coward made his debut as a published author in 1995 with the non-fiction book Cannibal Victims Speak Out. His first novel was Up and Down, published in 2000, which began his Don Packham and Frank Mitchell series.
