Eliot Pattison

Eliot Pattison is an American author of mystery novels (both historical and contemporary) as well as being an international lawyer. He writes the Inspector Shan and Bone Rattler series. As a lawyer, he has worked with companies from around the world on international investment and trade issues. Pattison lives with his family on an old farm in Oley Valley, Pennsylvania. Eliot Pattison’s debut novel was The Skull Mantra, which was published in 1999. The novel won the Edgar Allan Poe Award in 2000.
